System Limit Exceeded error Recover Point

Hi All, I keep getting this error. i am a newbie on Recover Point. What can I do about this?

Seems as though someone has et the data lag field to 25, so anytime it goes above that number you will get an error. Assuming you are on RP 4.x you can go to the CG -> (copy) -> copy policy  and change the value. This means that your RPO is greater than 25 seconds so the data from the journal Is not getting into the replica fast enough. If your companies stated RPO is not 25 seconds then this number should be adjusted.

Please see forshr's reply below, my screenshot was incorrect. It should be the link policy not copy policy. Thanks Richard
