Possible RP 4.0 Bug
Hello all,
I recently upgraded from RP 3.5P2 to RP 4.0(f.224). The upgrade went through with no problem. However I found even after applying a new unlimited perm license that I was unable to create a consistency group or modify existing groups (add Replication Sets) as luns aren't being discovered.
I have a SEV1 call open and it's back with engineering. Has anyone else run across this issue?

Ok the problem has been uncovered that it is in fact not a bug but by design. When RP4.0 was released they took out the functionality of the RPA's discovering the array and importing them in the proper Storage Group and allowing the RPA's to see them.
You must now manually move them into the storage group for the RPA's to see them. I was told that this might be fixed in RP4.0SP1 to be GA in August 2013.

Yup new license has been applied.
