unable to create csr in iDRAC with Lifecycle Controller v. 2.65.65.65 for OEMR XL R620
I have OEMR XL R620 with firmware 2.65.65.65 and Bios 2.8.0 in our environment . i am unable to create CSR via UI login.
Can you please suggest solution

Can you try without -t option
racadm -r -u -p sslcsrgen -g -f

Can you reset iDRAC and try to create CSR? If it is still failing can you try below racadm command to generate CSR file from iDRAC. For this you need to install iDRAC Tools software on a client machine
racadm -r -u -p sslcsrgen -g -t 1 -f

i have installed racadm tool on win-10 PC ,which have proper connectivity with IDrac Server ,
but i am getting error messages. please refer enclosed snapshoot.
then i have roll back IDRAC firmware 2.65.65.65 to 2.50.50.50 then i am able to genrate the CSR.

I can confirm that these problems also exists with "real" R620 and have nothing to do with your special OEM. We change Certs on a regular basis and after upgrade to 2.65. this was not possible anymore and all of your 620 are effected.
It doesnt matter if you try to use the GUI or the racadm(which is what we use). The racadm returns a file but there is no CSR included and IIRC just a string "file not found" or so.
I had a hard time to explain to our Dell ProSupport what we are trying to archive and it sounds that messing around with CERS is not what the normal Joe User do with their Servers and support doesnt have much experience with it also.
Yes we downgrade, create the CSR and importing your CERT and than upgrade again.
