Two socket, three UPI server
I need a two socket, three UPI server because the intersocket bandwidth is critical to my application. We have measured performance between 2 and 3 UPI links and can see this is the limiting factor.
Intel has offered processors for years which offer this number of links, however it seems to be motherboard limitation in Dell which stops this. See https://www.dell.com/community/PowerEdge-Hardware-General/R740xd-UPI-links/m-p/7549079#M64282 for another thread about this.
Do Dell offer 2 socket, 3 UPI servers ?

Support only has access to and can only share documentation about currently available systems. We're really not in a position to speak on future plans. I can say that I checked as well and Marco appears to be correct in his statement about current options. You might consider contacting Sales. They're sometimes able to share certain bits of information about future plans, but never having been in Sales, I don't know how far there visibility goes and what rules they may need to follow. I don't want to set the expectation that they can definitely give you an answer, but contacting them is worth considering.
The documentation I do have visibility to for a couple of upcoming systems doesn't make mention of UPI link count.

Thanks but do you have plans for 2S-3UPI servers. I believe HPE DL360 G10 can do this
