Identify Product Via Serial Number

I've got an old (very vague) inventory to look through. To help my search, I'd like to use the serial numbers to help identify the equipment; however when I use the tool here (https://www.dell.com/support/incidents-online/en-us/contactus/dynamic) I get this message: You are not authorized to view this DELL EMC Product

I tried calling to see what can be done, but they were phenomenally unhelpful. (I mean how many times do I need to say that the serial number is the only information I have?)

Is there anyway I can get Dell to actually help and tell me what the model is for each of these systems:

The reason for that message is because the serial numbers have been tied to an account and basically "privatized" so people cant find info on the serial number. because of who they show to be registered under, Dell could potentially get into trouble if we divulge information about them.

Okay. Then how do I go about finding out the account?

I work for the military and there is no documentation on any Dell account.

Is there a way to recover the account information or change the account? Or am I just up the creek with no paddle?

I can sympathize with your situation. All you want is to know what models these equipment are? Nothing else? if yes, I'll ask some internal departments for guidance on this. if you need more, please elaborate.

Apologies for the late response.

Yes. All I want to know is the Model of the equipment so I don't have to literally check every Serial Number in the Data Center.
