Help finding the right 1U sliding rail for Dell R620 and R630 servers

I bout the dell sliding rack rail II A7 and to my surprise it does not fit well with my R620 and R630 servers

Please see the attached pictures to see what this looks like. the issue is the very first rivet is too far away from the front bezel of the server compared to what i see online

I am not sure if my version of R620 and R630 are just different and have the first rivet far away from bezel, whichever way i am looking for the rack rail that will work with my servers

so please help post the right 1U sliding rack rail to use for my R620 and R630 servers as seen from the attached pictures

I just realized i had to push the server in further because i have the 10-bay model

it is really sad that there is no documentation of this anywhere. had to spend days to figure this out that the different models have different rivet positions
