DRAC monitoring in scom not working iDRAC9
When I am in the Dell EMC Feature Management Dashboard the Total Node Count is 0. But the server itself is discovered under Dell EMC Servers and Rack Workstations view. I installed the Dell EMC Windows Server Agent-Based and iDRAC7 or iDRAC8 SNMP Management Pack Version 7.3 for Microsoft System Center Operations Manager.
But can't see if there is a later version with iDRAC9 support. Anyone who can help with this?
The server is a PowerEdge R640

That is what the OMIMSSC appliance is used for, as
SNMP discovery for iDRAC9 is not supported and won't work.
From what I see 7.3 is the latest version, which can be found here.

Thank you for you reply. I've come as far as trying to discover servers in the Dell EMC OpenManage Integration Dashboard in SCOM and added a credential profile. But I cant select the saved profile in the drop down list. Is it something you've heard of? When I click the profile dropdown the arrow disappears and no list shows.

It sounds like maybe there isn't a credential profile for the device type created, would you confirm if you have made an IDRAC profile and can't see it for iDRACs?

Hello,
I have created a profile, but I cannot choose it from the list.
And as you can see the menu items on the left isn't rendered.
So maybe it is a render issue with the dell adminportal in SCOM?

It is browser based. when you access that portal on SCOM it launches on IE. What I suggest is that you could clear browser cache if you think it's a rendering issue.

Hello,
What version of IE would you recommend? Is it possible to access the dell dashboard from a different browser outside of the Operations Manager? I tried clearing the cache but it didn't work.
