Can't access cert tracker

I just finished a learning path called SE: DATA CENTER NETWORKING CURRICULUM 2020 >
But im unable to see any completion certificate for the whole course, just for the individual lessons.
My coworker said that there has to be an email from the dell education account that would allow me to create an account in cert tracker: https://www.certmetrics.com/dell/login.aspx
I didn't receive said mail.
I tried to open a support ticket in this page http://emc.force.com/EducationSupport but when i finish the form it request me an account.

However, the page dont seems to show any link for account creation.

I'm a little lost here as i dont know what else to do.
