Hi Subhajit95,
Inspiron 3521 system is shipped with Windows 7 & 8 64 Bit versions; however, as per the information updated by you, the system has Windows 7 32 bit operating system installed.
The driver provided earlier is for Windows 7 & 8 64 bit version.
Please click on the link below to get the graphics driver for Windows 7 32 bit.

Update the driver and see if that works.
Keep me posted with the information. I will be glad to assist you further.

This has probably nothing to do with saying but i find that if you get a separate monitor games will run much quicker. I have got the same computer and i realized that;although the parts were decent, the refresh rate for the monitor was terrible. Hoped I helped!

Do us a favor. Open command prompt and type dxdiag and then post it up here. Two, are there any errors you are getting? Can you not install them? Specifics are very important. If you can provide screenshots that would also help. There is an off chance that the integrated graphics may not be enough for SOME of those games, but I think at least one or two would probably be ok. This depends purely on the power of the integrated graphics chip. DXDIAG will answer those questions for us.

Hi Subhajit95,
Would request you to elaborate what exactly happens when you try to play the games.
Do you get any error message upon starting or if you are unable to open the game.
Also, the games that you have mentioned are for windows 98, ME & XP. You may try installing any of the latest games that are compatible with windows 7 or 8 as per the operating system on your laptop.
Keep me posted with the information. I will be glad to assist you further.

Primarily 2D isometric games and some older three dimensional games. However, in the case of Vice City try this. Right click on the shortcut on your desktop and click on properties. Then click the compatibility tab and look for the Compatibility Mode box. Click the check box that says "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and click on Windows XP (SP 3) on the drop down menu. Click apply and then try to run the game. Let me know if that works.

I should have been more specific. You needed to save the information to a text file and then either post the contents of the text file. Alternatively, you can click on the tab that says "System" and take a screen of that. All that is on there is primarily your Central Processing Unit type since you use an integrated graphics chip.

FIFA 2012 I would doubt will work with just an integrated graphics chip as you have now. That would really require an actual graphics card.

Hi Subhajit95,
As suggested by ThtCooperFellow, you may check the game in compatibility mode.
Apart from the steps provided by ThtCooperFellow, you may also try updating the driver from the link below as the error provided by you could be a result of corrupt drivers.
http://dell.to/16OtMe3
Note: The above driver is applicable for both Windows 7 and 8.
Share the results. I will be glad to assist you further.
@ThtCooperFellow: Thank you for sharing the perspective; appreciate it. I checked the system requirements of the games that Subhajit95 referred to. The manufacturer claims older versions of Windows to be an ideal platform. However, I haven’t had an opportunity to play either of these games on Windows 7/8. Glad that they work with Windows 7/8 as well. Good that you brought this to our attention.
