Problem with Micrisoft Excel 2007

Hello.

Excel 2007 has worked fine for me, until today when the error "file not loaded completely" appeared when trying to open the document.

What i have done to resolve is :

1)   I tried to re-install the office

2)   Tried to open the document from another PC

But the error remains the same.  How to fix Excel?

Any help you anyone can provide would be great.  Thanks
