My Home Page Is About 1 Inch Up From The Bottom Task Bar When I Open The Page - How Can The 1 Inch Be Eliminated?
I have a OptiPlex 9030 AIO with Windows 7. The opening page is about 1 inch up from the bottom task bar when I open the page, I move it down and it stays but when I open it again it has moved back up the 1 inch. There must be a setting to lock the page in full position, but I can't find it.
Your help would be appreciated. Thanks.

clajas,
Delete the short cut to IE on desktop and create a new one and open it to see if that will resolve the issue.

Jesse,
Thanks. I tried your suggestion with the same results, the 1 inch space reappears when I sign in again.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks. jim

I right clicked the top task bar and in the crop down menu I clicked maximize. That seems to solve the issue. The space has disappeared.
