Factory Recovery Media-Dell Backup & Recovery

Hi, I just upgraded to windows 10, i am using a dell inspiron 3000 series, i accidentally deleted the partition that dell backup and recovery made when i started the software. now when i try to create a new recovery media, i get the message saying that this device is already linked to this factory recovery media?.. but there is no new partition drive?.. and the factory media recovery is not ticked green?..can anybody please help me?, thank you.

Your device is now a Windows 10 device. The old version of Windows is now obsolete alongside the included factory installed partition.

Use Windows 10 to make a Recovery Drive:

Thank you??.. as I am a paying subscriber to dell backup & recovery, does this mean I cannot use the software?? there is already a partition drive created by the software, that was created on windows 8??, I do not understand why the software cannot create a new media recovery? it is asking me to, every time I use it?.. it says it is already linked.. it is all very confusing??, I have already paid for this years subscription... I also rang dell technical support, but still waiting for a solution??
