cant get factory reset softwares from my dell download page.
Good day, I got a used Dell latitude E6410 with win8.1 installed am trying get the factory reset software, especially the digitalpersona finger print suite. Have followed all the steps asked that include having an account with dell using Internet explorer with active x control and visiting ' my dell download' page and the final step which is 'register system' and the page loads but nothing shows up. Have tried these several times. I keep registering the system but can't get the page wit the factory reset software. Is there anything wrong with my pc or is there an alternative way of getting the digitalpersona finger print suite for win 8.1. Thanks

You should be the original owner to use My Dell Downloads which has purchased software that was originally Factory Installed when the computer was new. Search the Dell support site for that software. It might be available. You must have the fingerprint reader installed on the computer. It was an optional feature, not standard. Check the Device Manager.
