V313w windows driver
I need to reinstall my V313w printer, cannot locate drivers on dell web site. Does anyone know where they are? I have logged in and used service tag number to no avail. thanks

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have notified the Drivers Team to let them know that no drivers are showing up for the V313W AIO Printer. The link is below for downloading the drivers. They are working on getting the drivers issue resolved.

First run Delete Print Jobs to remove any stuck print job in the queue.
Disconnect the printer.
Start, control panel, programs and features, your printer, un install.
Restart your computer. Make sure the printer is removed. Manual Printer Driver Removal
Download the Vista 32-bit drivers for Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 32-bit or the Vista 64-bit drivers for Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 64-bit. Install the Vista drivers in the Vista Compatibility mode You'll get a message, the printer is not connected. Connect the printer at this time(powered on).

I cant scan . this is the screen I get from start , printers devices, right click printer icon. I tried the dell control panel but it doesn't link up. the scanning feature has dissapeared . Did update driver ,uninstall reinstall ...at wits end !

What are you trying to scan?
What is the make and model of your computer and operating system? 32- bit or 64-bit?
What virus program and firewall are you using?
