Dell V715w stops printing after 1 job

Hi I have a Dell v715w which stops printing after 1 print job.  I mean it will print 1 whole job, then 5 mins later if you go to print anything else nothing happens.

I have to delete all the dlee*.* processes, stop the spooler service, and then restart the spooler service and then restart the print job.

Any ideas??  Help?

this is becoming rather tedious when wanting to print more that one thing at a time.

Thanks

sdgconc,

In the last batch of Windows Updates, Microsoft installed Internet Explorer 11. IE11 had been causing printer problems.

Open Internet Explorer, click on Help, then click on About Internet Explorer. It should show the version there. If you have IE11, then go to control panel, Windows Update, Installed Updates, look for Internet Explorer 11. Click on Internet Explorer 11, uninstall.

Restart the computer, when prompted. Then see if your printer works.

Rick:  Thanks so much for your suggestion to uninstall the IE11 update.  I was having the same problem as the original poster on this thread, and following your suggestion fixed it.

Thank You, Thank You, Thank you.  Solution worked amazingly well!  After multi-week struggle and the assistance of a so-called computer geek, had to come here to find the correct answer. Removing the IE11 resolved the printer problem immediately!

See the above advice from Rockstar Rick for uninstalling IE 11.  Here it is:

In the last batch of Windows Updates, Microsoft installed Internet Explorer 11. IE11 had been causing printer problems.

Open Internet Explorer, click on Help, then click on About Internet Explorer. It should show the version there. If you have IE11, then go to control panel, Windows Update, Installed Updates, look for Internet Explorer 11. Click on Internet Explorer 11, uninstall.

Restart the computer, when prompted. Then see if your printer works.
