Dell Imaging Toolbox not working due to upgrade to Windows 7
Whenever I tried to download the imaging tool box I get an error that says that I need to install the Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0. When I tried to install it, it said that my computer already has the framework version installed. I then proceed to follow the instructions here : http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/kcs/document?c=us&l=en&s=gen&docid=DSN_365853&isLegacy=true
But then I get stuck as to what drivers and software I need for my Dell V105. There are many options such as application, BIOS, input, etc. but I don't know waht to choose or download.
My computer is a 64bit Windows 7

Hi irenexho,
The reason for this issue could be an incompatible printer driver. With the updated driver the issue should be resolved.
Before updating the driver, uninstall the present driver from the system.
Click on ‘Start’ and in the search box type ‘Program and Features’, then click on the folder ‘Program and Features’. In this window select the ‘Printer‘ and uninstall the software for the printer.
Restart the system and download updated printer driver from the below mentioned link:

Restart the system once the download is complete.
Thanks and Regards,
