Dell E310 - toner does not work?
Hello to all,
I have printer Dell E310. I bought new original toner Dell E310/E514/E515 Series P7RMX, but it is not possible to put this toner into the Dell printer. It seems that this toner is too small to fit there. Where could be problem? The previous toner was Dell E310/E514/E515 Series KJ0Y3, much bigger size. What does the P7RMX and KJ0Y3 mean?
Thank you for your help and answers.

V. Vavra,
KJ0Y3 and P7RMX are the part number of the toner cartridges, the former for the ship-with toner that came with the printer and the latter for the high-yield toner you bought.
Both toners are same size.
From your description that the P7RMX is too small, I believe it's because when you remove the KJ0Y3 toner from the printer, it is still engaged to the drum as shown below
You'll need to separate the toner from the drum by pressing the blue lever on the lower left corner. The two parts will disengage easily as shown below.
After that, insert the new P7RMX toner into the drum and slot the combined assembly back into the printer.
Hope this helps.
