Dell C1765NFW Printer Locked Up
My Dell C1765NFW is locked up. How do I do a hard reboot on the printer, maybe to factory settings. Turning it off and on does nothing, still locked up. Does anybody know the solution?

Called Dell for service on my C1765NFW printer. They said it was not a software problem, but a hardware problem. They said I need a new printer. Need a new printer that is less than 2 years old! I resolved the problem myself by buying a HP printer.

My printer is also less than 2years old. I have an error message on it and it will not print. Tried looking everywhere on Dell's SUPPORT page so I tried looking here for an answer. I think the one given (buy a new HP PRINTER) may be my solution too!!! BUMMER. I like DELL, but they are no help when it comes to fixing their product. IF/WHEN it goes....you are just out of luck!!!! My printer was PERFECT until it just decided to stop. NO more DELL products for me......
