A960 All-in-one horizontal streaks on right side only
A friend I am helping has a A960 All-in-one printer. After cleaning printer heads 4 times, color still prints solid on left side, with horizontal streaks on the right side. Black is okay. Same problem when making a color copy. Color cartridge is only down about a third of ink and is a genuine Dell.
Have taken out and cleaned printer head, but same problem. Previous color cartridge had same problem near the end of it's life, but had been assumed to be low and so replaced.
Have uninstalled and reinstalled printer drivers.
I would appreciate any ideas. Thank you.

Here's the image. My friend had already thrown away yesterday's images, so this is after two cleanings and color ink down to half. Obviously it's starting to streak across the whole thing now, especially in magenta. Thanks for looking at this.

If you scan a full image, there shouldn't be an issue, correct?
I don't see an issue with the bulb not working properly.
When you copy, does your printer have an Automatic Document Feeder? If yes, the copy is the same using the ADF or the glass, correct?
I'm suspecting the color cartridge, but can you print a color image with no problems?

Yeah, no problem with scans. Copy is the same using the ADF as when using the glass. Copied color images have the same type of horizontal streaks running through them. Just tried printing a picture using the 'best' setting. Got a cartridge stall error and of course the image was only half printed, apparently with almost no magenta. Had previously printed the same picture using the 'better' setting and got almost all magenta, along with streaks. If this is the cartridge, it's the second cartridge with exactly the same problems.
