5130cdn - Windows XP doesn't recognize trays
Greetings. Here we have a 5130cdn on network for several computers.
From one of them, Windows XP based, no paper tray is listed at printer properties, except for the first. Our printer has 3 trays.
I already tested with different versions of drivers, with no better result. On the other computers is going fine.
Thanks for any suggestion.

trying to recall the steps on XP.. I have a windows 7 but it should be similar.
Windows\Control Panel\ Devices & Printers\
Select ,Printer 5130cdn, right mouse click on Printer Properties\[Options]
Click on [Get Information from Printer] to manually synchronizing the printer settings to the print driver.

ThunderGod2 is spot on with the direction provided regarding the method to activate the driver with the additional options. The naming of the options/installed features may vary slightly depending on the driver your using. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
