2130CN, toner status, how to display

I have had a Dell 2130CN color laser for about three years and in the process from going from Windows Vista to Windows  7 to Windows 7 Pro. I have lost the ability to find out how much toner is left in the various cartridges. My research has found that there is a "Dell Printer Configuration Web Tool" but I have failed at obtaining it. A Dell driver scanner is insisted upon which does not do any good. How can I restore the ability to get this info from my printer?
