What is up with the Dell website experience?
I tried to order a £2K laptop several times today and got this screen at checkout...
I thought I was lucky because then I found this on Edge...but then none of the Coupons and Savings codes worked - they always came back as expired!? (So why are they displayed in Edge????)
I tried to contact support, but the automated bot "manning" the line was too busy...
So I went to "Contact Us"...."Sales Support" on the website....
I wish I was making this up....I did really want that laptop but now it doesn't appear when I type in the link. Instead I get:
I guess you must be good at the hardware, at least?
No Events found!

Hiya,
Thank you but the multiple messages you emailed didn't make sense to me as my query is not about a warranty. I wanted to buy a Precision laptop and this was a place I found that was accepting multimedia feedback, kind of related, where I could message about the issues I was having with the online sales process. Anyway, yesterday I managed to chat with a helpful Dell person on webchat, as the website still wasn't taking the order, and I raised most of the above issues, and he said he'd escalate, and then he ordered me the laptop I wanted. So please accept this as confirmation of solution I am a now "Precision customer". Lord help me! (joke). (I tried to submit '. TOS76>
help me' but got an error message "The message body contains '. TOS76>', which is not allowed in this community")...that makes sense. Haha.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.
