SED drive no longer recognized by DDPST after PBA removal
Hi,
Few months ago, I had to remove PBA from my laptop (Precision 5520) because I had locked my user/computer after several wrong password entries.
Since this operation, Dell Data Protection Security Tools no longer detects any sed drive.
Please, what can I do to retrieve the previous state of security (before PBA removal):
- PBA logon screen
- SED detected by my system
- no user locked
- no system locked
Nota: I tried to boot a gparted rom and I'm not able to see my sed, so I suppose that the drive is still encrypted.
Thanks a lot.

Solved by installing:
https://dl.dell.com/FOLDER06862563M/1/Dell-Encryption-10.9.0.3.zip?uid=7a94f907-e416-4c91-087e-8a9e8ced491e&fn=Dell-Encryption-10.9.0.3.zip
This tools is now recognizes my SED and I'm able to encrypt it again.
