Realtek (R) Audio, long delay with wifi on

Ive got a dell precission 3551.

I've tried reinstalling the audio drivers but nothing will work for me.

All audio takes around 30 seconds to start playing and then plays fine to the end (won't loop).

When i go to the enhancments for the speakers (the in built speakers) and attempt to test, no matter what boxes I check or uncheck, the first audio queue plays and then 30 more seconds the next one plays. 

I don't know if it related at all  but if i turn of the wifi all audio plays fine with no problems except i cant access the internet so this does't help for youtube.

If you need more info please tell me, I'm really not sure whats happening here.
