Precision 7750, RAM Upgrade from 2x16G 3200MT/s to 4x16G (2 new 16G modules)

Hi, I've decided to add more RAM, now I have 2x 16G Kingston XCCT36-MIE (3200MT/s, 1.2V)

Wanted to add next one or two 16G modules

Crucial SO-DIMM 16 GB DDR4 3200 MHz CL22
SO-DIMM 16GB DDR4-3200MHz Kingston CL22 1Rx16

but the laptop does not start, instead (as per https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/it-it/000135030/a-reference-guide-to-the-precision-mobile-diagnostic-indicators?lang=en) it's blinking 2x amber, 5x white, what whould be 'Invalid Memory Installed'. The same if I used any B or D slot, one or the other module was used or both.

https://www.dell.com/support/manuals/it-it/precision-17-7750-laptop/precision_7750_specs/memory?guid=guid-f07064b8-2eb4-49ec-88a8-43b102e42417&lang=en-us says it's a supported configuration, the same is written by https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct16g4sfra32a/ct18907749

Could anybody advise what modules are really supported ?

Precision 7750 (with cpu i9-10885H) works fine when I moved 1 Kingston module (XCCT36, 16GB 2Rx8 XMP4 3200) from bank C (under the keyboard) to B (under the bottom cover). New modules Crucial (CT16G4SFD832A, DDR4 3200 MT/s 16GB SODIMM 260pin DR x8 unbuf 1.2V) are placed into C and D.

I assume it is because you cannot mix the Crucial with the Kingston and the Kingston pairs may not be compatible with the pairs you already have. You cannot add 1 RAM module as 48 GB is not a supported configuration. The ideal situation would be to purchase a 64 GB kit from Crucial as they are the most compatible RAM in Dell systems. And Crucial RAM can be returned if you find they do not work. See the Crucial site for their guaranteed RAM policy.

Thanks @JOcean , I will order new pair of Crucial 16G modules and update the thread. I didnt see any log in BIOS about wrong modules, I have no idea what made kingston one incompatible.
