Precision 5570 - 2nd monitor stuck at 30hz

Here again with monitor resolution/refresh rates.

Current setup is WD19TBS with two Dell U2720Q monitor, first connected to DP dock port and the 2nd connected to downstream TB3 at the edge of the dock (DP cable + USB-C to DP adapter).

This setup worked just fine with my Precision 5540 Win10, delivering 4k 60hz on both monitors.

Now, I'm in the process of migrating to a new Precision 5570 Win11 and noticed the 2nd monitor is not going beyond 30hz. 

I see WD22TB4 is the recommended docking for 5570 even if WD19TB is still marked as compatible.

Should I change the docking to achieve the same dual 4k 60hz output? 

Any idea?
