Precision 5550 and WD19TB3 dock FHD monitor shows interlaced flickering

Here's my setup:

Dell Precision 5550 connected to the WD19TB3 dock via the Thunderbolt port (on the left). One external QHD (2560x1440) display, and one FHD display (1920x1080).

The FHD display   flickers. I tried changing from HDMI to DP, various cables, to no avail. If I disconnect the QHD display, the FHD works flawlessly. As soon as I connect QHD, then either the FHD flickers (interlaced res only), or the QHD is set to FHD resolution.

It doesn't matter whether I connect using the TB ports on the left or the USB-C port on the right.

I should note that the D6000 dock I used via the USB-C port had no issues whatsoever to support both monitors at their native resolutions and refresh rates.

Also, I connected another brand laptop that supports TB4, and i have no issues as well with running those monitors.

What's going on?

1. All drivers are up-to-date.

2. Firmware on the dock is the latest (July 2022).

This issue was resolved with the October 1 Thunderbolt firmware update for the Precision 5550 (not the dock). The October 1 Thunderbolt firmware update provided options to utilize non-interlaced refresh rates on the monitor. Before that, only interlaced refresh rates were available at the native resolution, which had to do with the TB bandwidth.

Obviously, it has more than enough bandwidth to run the above configuration, so the f/w update fixed the issue.
