New Precision 7760 - Poor WiFi

Side by side with a one year old Inspiron 15 laptop and connecting to the same FIOS G1100 router, WiFi speed is about 350x350 on both the Precision and the Inspiron when both are located next to the router.  However, the Precision drops off in performance far more quickly than the old Inspiron as we move away from the router.  When both located on the desk where they are used, the Inspiron gets about 250 and the new Precision about 80. 

The Precision has only WiFi card they offer; Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX210, (6Ghz), 2x2 with BT5.2

The Dell driver and Windows Update driver was dated last June.
Have updated with Intel's driver dated earlier this month but no change.

Is this a known issue with the Precision 7760, or with the AX210 wireless card?  
Or did they possibly not connect the antenna cable?
Or could it be something else?
