Hibernation becomes the new shutdown?

My new 3590 comes with modern standby. During sleep, the LEDs of the ethernet adapter blinks.

But sometimes, when I shutdown my laptop, confirmed by the event log: "The operating system is shutting down at system time ‎2025‎-‎01‎-‎11T13:15:24.933127500Z", the LEDs keep blinking as well.

Only on battery or in hibernation mode they are off.
