I have 7760 without WWAN card and i'm planning to get it but i see in installation process there is 4 cables i think for antenna but where i can find them?
If the antenna is not installed, you will need to swap the display assembly for one having the leads. You cannot disassemble the display assembly to install the antenna -- it's a fused together (with adhesive) single unit.
If the system shipped without a WWAN card, they won't be present in the system -- and they're usually routed around the display panel, meaning you'd need to replace that with one having the antenna wires.
Thats a downshift. Which is confusing me. In my7720 there wasn't a WWAN card either, but i had the antenna cables for it, so i am wondering, why Dell tries to save a dollar or two and not thinking about owners, who would like to add this lateron.
Quite disappointing. In the end we are talking about a mobile workstation which can sum up to $4k and more. It's no latitude for a mere $500..

Yes, it would indeed void the warranty.
