Dell Precision 5520 with two QHD monitors
Hello all,
I have a Dell Precision 5520 i7-6820HQ, which I would like to connect to 2 Philips 276B1 QHD monitors (extended desktop setting, one monitor as USB-C docking). My configuration at the moment:
Dell Thunderbolt 3 USB-C -> Startech 20Gbps Thunderbolt cable -> USB-C 3.2 of first Philips 276B1 -> via display port out to second Philips 276B1 display port in. The first monitor is set to QHD resolution, however the second is limited to 1920x1080. The monitors itself support USB-C 3.2, DisplayPort 1.4 etc. Already tried several things (different cables, setup etc.), but so far without success. What is causing the limitation, or is it not possible wit a Dell Precision 5520?
Thanks in advance.

...found a solution this weekend: in order to support 2 screen @Full resolution I had to set the USB setting from the screen, which acts as a docking, from 3.2 to 2.0.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

Sorry, missed the emails over the weekend. But actually I found a solution, so no more support needed.
