Dell Installing of updates not working again, again, again.

Once again some install with the SupportAssist is hung up. I have no special modifications on my system. I initiated the install about 2 or 3 hours ago, and came back up and the message is "Installing updates 1 of 1 ..." And "Please wait while we download and update drivers.." The downloading was completed some time ago, the installing seems to be a very long thing. 

This isn't the first time.  I need Support Assist with the SupportAssist. 

The computer isn't my hobby. It just needs to work as a tool for me to complete tasks as part of my work.

I closed the app. Then I restarted it. The update had installed but the SupportAssist hung up saying it was installing. 

This fix works. 1) The SupportAssist hangs up installing something. 2) Close the app. 3) Open it again, see if the installation actually occured. 4) If it didn't just run again.

My fix didn't work. The update didn't install. Now I get some read message that there is some error. 

What a mess Dell is.
