Hello,

Think of the planet, choose a second hand computer.
Preferably with a TPM 2.0 security chip ; since Windows 11 only works with it.
A computer with a minimum Intel i7 chip or the equivalent from AMD ; a graphics card with at least 2GB of memory, 4GB is better.

Second hand Dell Workstation or Lenovo Workstation do the job very well, they can be dismantled and reassembled as you wish ; you can change the parts.

For Dell Workstation look at this site; take a model and see what you can change.

You'd probably be good with something that is 8/16 cpu, 32-64GB ram. If you have any gpu intensity in your workload, then that's a different story.  That's assuming 2/4 and 8gb per box.

Agreed with the other guy though, if this is just for a server then you can get these secondhand (my model is a 3530 6/12cpu i7-8750h 32GB) for $500-700 roughly.
