After Windows 11 22H2 update no sounds come from the browser
Hello, a Dell Mobile Precision 547 that in the last 2 weeks was updated to 22H2 (setup with and running Windows 11 from the beginning) has no sound from the built in speakers when played by either Chrome or Edge browsers. Bluetooth sound works without issues from the browser,
Have tried the following:
- In Device Manager, removing the all 4 of the listed "Realtek SoundWire HW Audio Codec Device Driver" and reboot (tried 2 times);
- Confirmed that the issue extends to two different Windows Profiles (a local admin login and the normal non-local admin login);
- Chrome and Edge are up to date (Chrome was at 109.0.5414.120).
Unit is about 6 months old. Sound works when using Teams, Zoom or when you adjust the windows volume control (i.e. you hear the ding as you increase / decrease the volume).
Look forward to what the community has to offer. Thank you,

* Go here
* Right of Realtek High Definition Audio Driver, click Download
* Run the driver setup and select custom install, then select the option which to perform a clean installation

I had the same problem with the windows update 22H2 on a DELL vostro 5620.
However only installing these drivers didn't solved the autio problem at first.
I did this steps and the audio is now working.
