AC511 sound bar with U2415 monitor connected to WD19DCS dock

I just upgraded my laptop and dock and I'm having trouble getting my AC511 USB sound bar that's connected to a USB port on my U2415 monitor to connect to the new WD19DCS dock that came with the laptop (Precision 7760).

The setup worked and still works fine on the old TB18 dock, but the sound bar will not work in this configuration.

I've tried to connect the sound bar directly to the laptop and dock without going through the U2415 monitor and none of those options work.

Does anyone know if the WD19DCS dock and/or the Precision 7760 laptop doesn't support the AC511 USB Sound Bar?
