My problem has started after change a thermo paste and unhook a loot of power cables in my computer. After this i have a message in start my computer. This message give me info about problem with DIMM1 and adding: System memory has been changed. So... I don't have 24gb ram but I have 16gb ram. I try change frame cubes but it's not working. Any suggestions? If u wanna it, my other specs is:

I'm turn off "cache line preftech" and "prefteching" in bios. And it's work.

"unhook a loot of power cables"
I take it the cables are plugged back in?
There's going to be a few things to try.
1st step of troubleshooting can often involve replacing the size 2032 CMOS battery if it's 5+ years old.
If you haven't already, swap RAM sticks with a known working stick in DIMM 1. Also, make sure DIMM 1 is clean.
When a DIMM goes out, and no other troubleshooting methods work, the only way to get it back is to replace the MB. That would be up to you to try with the age of the T5500. Some of the T5500 MB's are quite reasonable on ebay.
