As per this forum thread and according to the moderator @DELL-Justin C that CPU will work with your MB.

While someone will recommend x5687 for value/performance, others will choose x5670 for better thermal control, the x5690 should work with your system.

There is no need to upgrade heatsink or PSU because the TDP is the same 130w.
