Precision 3600 - Just stopped - now has 1 2 3 on front panel ??

Having some problems with an older T3610 workstation (2013).  Today it just stopped working...  

When I boot it - I do not hear any post beeps - the machine lights up '4' and then '3', '4' - then the amber '2' is lit.  Then the hard drive icon blinks for a minute - then '1', '2', '3' amber lights come on in the front panel - and the machine just sits there...  

Any thoughts as to what is going on?  I checked the manual and it says that 1, 2, 3 is reserved...  Which does not tell me a lot...  

The machine has a Xeon processor, mirrored 3TB opsys drive and 32 GB of memory.

So by what I can read :

4 : bios checksum invalid

3.4 : ram configuration in progress

2 : pci configuration in progress

1.2.3 : Indicates routine system activity subsequent to video initialization

Have you ever changed the cmos battery ? if not, try to change it and lets see if it solves it

Hello Mazzinia.  Thank you very much.  That was indeed part of the problem.  

When I replaced the battery - it would boot further.  The raid 1 setup was gone - and then both hard drives failed...     However, as this was just a media server - I was able to get Windows re-installed and the media server up and running fairly quickly.

I don’t know why the other email is acting up… it’s the main national provider here. I should have used gmail to play safer, I guess, but the other was closer to the username of the forum so...
