Precision 3450 BIOS 1.8.1
In June 2022 I downloaded the BIOS update for the Precision 3450, but I never did anything with it. Three months later it's made it to the top of my list. I thought I would look to see if there is a newer version available, but I cannot even find anything as new as what I downloaded in June.
I have Precision_3450_1.8.1.exe, but the newest I can find of the support site is 1.7.1. What gives?

Are you sure that you are looking at the right support page? I see the newest as 1.10.1 at this page. Just a word of advice here. If your system is running fine and unless the newer BIOS addresses a problem you are having, I would not install it. The forums are full of sad stories from users that tried to update a BIOS and in the process bricked their Motherboards. Even MB manufacturers such as MSI and Gigabyte have caveats on the d/l pages warning against updating a BIOS unless you have a specific problem the update corrects.

@JOcean, I went to the support page and searched for Precision 3450 BIOS and was presented with the download for 1.7.0.
@speedstep, thank you. I've downloaded the latest version. Let's just hope I don't brick these computers.
