I need a VR Heat Sink for a Precision 3650 Tower

I recently upgraded my Dell Precision 3650 Tower with a Core i9-11900K. After doing so, I suddenly started getting a message screen on every boot that I need a VR heat sink.

"Heat Sink - Heat sink clip not installed. (Chipset) Alert! VR heat sink not detected."

Sure enough, no VR heat sink came with the computer, but I was not getting those messages with the original CPU (a core i3). Message is error code 2000-0714 and validation code 110944.

I tried to buy a VR heat sink on eBay, but I got the wrong one. I found a buy-it-now listing for one that supposedly fit both 3640 and 3650 systems, but it is too small for my system. Could someone tell me where I can find one guaranteed to be the right size for my system?

Note: this is the VR chipset heat sink, NOT the CPU heat sink. I doubt a Core i9 would run for more than 30 seconds with no CPU heat sink.
