Dell Precision T3630 – System Hangs on First Boot in the Morning
Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue with two out of four Dell Precision T3630 workstations in our office. All systems are regularly updated (Windows updates, drivers, BIOS, etc.), but two of them show the following problem:
After being powered off overnight, the affected computers freeze during the initial startup in the morning:
either during the Windows login process,
or right after logging in (I see desktop but unresponsive system).
Once I perform a manual reset (power button), the system boots normally and works flawlessly for the rest of the day. This issue occurs consistently every morning.
BIOS and all drivers are up to date, and Windows is fully patched.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have any suggestions for troubleshooting?
Thanks in advance!

Hi
Daft idea. It's the CMOS coin cell needing replacing.
