Adding a driver to UEFI

Is there any way I can add a basic driver to the UEFI for my T7920? Specifically, I use the Logi K860 and MX Ergo as my keyboard and mouse. Both are Bluetooth and use a generic USB Bluetooth transceiver plugged into the back of the T7920. Unfortunately, UEFI doesn't appear to enable the Bluetooth adapter so I can't interact with the system before Windows boots.

Thanks for any insights.

Hello,

I think you may have to find an USB bluetooth dongle which supports 'HID Proxy' mode (effectively the bluetooth stack is on the dongle and the motherboard then sees the dongle as a standard wired keyboard).

Thanks very much for this solution! Boy, these are tough to find. If anyone else is looking for "HID Proxy" capable Bluetooth dongles, I found the Laird BT820 at Mouser Electronics (Mouser #:239-BT820) for around $20. Others have verified they work in HID Proxy mode but YMMV.

Also, it is possible to add EFI drivers to the EFI partition using the ETK Toolkit then updating some variables. But you need an EFI driver first and that's too much work for me. I'm for the dongle at $20.
