MD3000 not working after upgrade firmware

After upgrade firmware MD3000 controler restarts in a loop.

I connected with a console cable and tried to change the password for service mode, I get the message:
command: symbolPwdReset lub clearSYMbolPassword message: Exception DbmNoFileSystemException: recType 71 caught. Please help me get the controller working.

Before we get into the issue, would you be able to upload a support-bundle? I ask as I want to see what is specifically causing the issue before we start poking around the system. You can see how to upload the logs to your Service Request here, and I will private message you your Service Request #.

Hello,
the major event logs are not available. In the logs I see that hdds are offline, firmware now is up to date but I don't see other info.

Do you have a backup of the storage?

I suggest you to contact technical support but i think that storage is too old to have parts available
