Hello @haseeb720,
If you need professional help to perform the configuration you can contact the Dell Commercial department from your Country to ask for a quotation for the professional services to perform this configuration. You can also contact our Global Partners Network to ask for the same and they will offer you some options to perform this configuration on your behalf. You can find your nearest Dell partner by using this site: https://dell.to/3q7pw6B
However, I can send you the configuration available online to perform this configuration. You can check the Deployment Guide for the ME4 Series.
Here you have: Dell EMC PowerVault ME4 Series Storage
System - Deployment Guide https://dell.to/2OcgZSv
Also, you should consider checking the Dell EMC PowerVault ME4 Series Storage
System - Support Matrix https://dell.to/2OfmEXQ
Hope this helps. Any other question please, don't hesitate to ask.
Regards.

Hello @haseeb720,
Well, I can confirm the QLogic 57810S Dual 10GE PCIe Standup SFP+/DA CNA Dual Port, Network Card, 10 Gb, Version 2 with Dell Part Number N20KJ and the Network Card, PCI-E 2.0, Qlogic 57810S Dual 10G, SFP+, Low Profile with Dell Part Number Y40PH are compatible with the PowerEdge R740.
However, as you can see in the Supported Fibre Channel host bus adapters (Page 18) of the document I shared in my previous message Dell EMC PowerVault ME4 Series Storage
System - Support Matrix https://dell.to/383YDu1 it is not shown as supported. In the same page you have all HBAs supported.
Hope this helps.
Regards.
