Hello tapelibraryfixer,

Here is the link to the firmware. It covers the TOSHIBA AL13SX Series SAS 15K RPM 2.5 600GB https://dell.to/3jKerFG

Hello tapelibraryfixer,

The Dell part# WPJY9 is for a Poweredge T320, & R510.  You will find the firmware listed under those servers for that drive.

Hello tapelibraryfixer,

You should be able to use the nautilus tool to upgrade the firmware on the drive.

Hello again @tapelibraryfixer

What server do you have? and what method are you using for applying the update?

i was using server 2008 std R2 64bit.
but i got the firmware ok from the 32bit installer.

basically i have a dell server just for upgrading disks, i want to be able to auto upgrade multiple disks at a time using nautilus.

So, just to make sure. You finally were able to extract the firmware from the 32bit installer right?

Regards.
