Can you please check how much RAM/Mem does each of your ESX hosts have?
How much GB/TB capacity are you trying to configure per SDS (per ESX host)?
Update:
We believe to have found the problem and the fix will be included in our next release -> 1.32.1 (1.32 Patch1).
In the meantime I can recommend deploying without RAM cache enabled (can be disabled during deployment wizard), or if you must ise RAM cache, to use less SDS devices, so each SDS will have less capacity.

Please try to continue the deployment.
If this happens again, please ssh to the SVM with primary mdm and run /opt/emc/scaleio/mdm/bin/showevents.py -a
Please check if you see any failures there and paste it here

here is the log :"
47 2015-07-16 02:51:59.977 MDM_CLI_CONF_COMMAND_RECEIVED INFO Command add_sds received, User: 'admin'. but I don't know where can I modify the RAM Read Cache during the deployment. That would be setting when I add a protection domain to the system ? I remember that I just keep the default 128MB per SDS.

The Get_Info generates a ZIP file + the other Virgo + Plugin logs can also be Zipped.
Upload the file here as attachments (if size enables it) or to some FTP location where we can access and download them.

Please send us the relevant Virgo + Plugin logs logs/files (per the time of the deployment and failure to add_sds) -> see log paths:
VC 6.0
Windows:
Virgo logs: C:\ProgramData\VMWare\vCenterServer\logs\vsphere-client\logs
Plugin logs and other files: C:\Users\vspherewebclientsvc\AppData\Roaming\VMware\scaleio
Linux:
Virgo logs: /var/log/vmware/vsphere-client/logs
Plugin logs and other files: /etc/vmware/vsphere-client/vc-packages/scaleio
Please send also all the core side logs:
1. From the plugin -> launch the SIO-GW (opens in web browser) -> login to it (user: admin / password: the one you set during the deployment wizard)
2. Go to Maintain view -> fill in the required info -> press retrieve system topology -> press Get Info -> once all logs are retrieved as ZIP send it to us as well.

You did not attach the correct Virgo logs - they should be named something like this: "vsphere_client_virgo.log"
You attached the access log.

Each ESX host have 8G RAM. There is three ESX host, The two of them have 1TB capacity and the other one is 500GB. Does the capacity configured will influence the deploy?

My mistake, you cannot select an option in vSphere plugin to deploy without RAM cache.
So you need to decrease the capacity of SDS devices to the min. for now until 1.32.1 will be released with the fix.
I will talk to engineering about this missing option in vSphere plugin and see what we can do.

I can not find the option to disable the RAM cache. Does it in adding Protection Domain ?
