Will a PowerEdge Express Remote Access Card 0DW592 Work in An R910 Server?
I need to replace the express remote access card, on the IO board, in my PowerEdge R910 server. I pulled the card out, and have noticed that its part number is CN-0H303R-3740-0C4-00E0-A03. I'm guessing that it's the 0H303R, that's most descriptive.
I've looked for replacements, on Ebay, and elsewhere, and have found that nearly all of these cards have part number 0DW592, not 0H303R. The 0H303R seems to be nearly unheard of.
If I use the 0DW592, will it work for the IO board in my R910 server? Are these compatible? What's the real difference?

@DELL-Young E Well, at a price of only $15, on Ebay, I couldn't help but order the popular 0DW592, and give it a try. I'm really glad that I did, since the thing works like a charm.
Prior to replacing it, my fans would run at top speed, constantly. Once I replaced this little thing, the fans were instantly tamed, while starting up the machine.
My scenario is just like that shown in the following video:

The only difference is that the part, that I replaced, is on a removable I/O card that sets in a PCI slot. I took out the I/O card, replaced the part on that card, and put the card back into the server. The result worked instantly --just like it does for these guys, in the video.

Hello, I think the part you found does not look like it belongs to R910. Also, H303R is not orderable it seems like. You can double-check with the part sales or your region support.

But either way I think you should find the whole I/O riser board with iDRAC port.
