Poweredge R320 and CPU

Hello,

Can the Poweredge R320 Intel Xeon E5 2470v2 2470 V2 2.4GHz 10-Core LGA 1356 cpu processor?

And if It can work do I have to do anything to get it to work if I want to use the cpu if it will work?

I am 100% new to servers which is why I am asking.
