OpenManage Alerts email setting

Hi,

I created an alert policy on OpenManage.  In Actions, can I have multiple email addresses in the To field?  I couldnt find much information on the Dell website.  Do I need abc@abc.com, def@abc.com or abc@abc.com; def@abc.com?

How do I send out a test alert?

Thanks.

You need to use commas to separate addresses. In the old days it was semicolons.

I don't know of a test button anywhere. I usually set the maximum temperature to something below actual to generate an alert. There are command line options too, but I forget what they are.

Hello,

It is the iDRAC that sends the alerts that you need to configure.

Configure the Email Settings and Destinations

The iDRAC allows multiple recipients for email notifications. To activate multiple recipients, enter the email address and tick the relevant box in the State column.

Thank you.  I will use the commas to separate the address.
