What EXACT message are you getting when installing? Is it asking for a CD/DVD driver? If so, there is a very good chance your installation media is bad. If it can't find any hard drives to install to, you will need to load the correct storage driver, but you have to know which controller you are using.

Drivers are here:
http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/product-support/product/poweredge-t110-2/drivers
Most drivers must be downloaded and run individually within the OS.
If you want an "ISO", you need to use SMTD to install (you will boot to this ISO first):
http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=PYKGK
You could also download SUU and run it within the OS after installing to update the drivers.
A third option would be to use Repository Manager to create a custom ISO for updating drivers and firmware.

Hi,
I have the same problem that you. I can't install Windows 2012 server foundation on PowerEdge T110 II.
I have the originals DVDs, can you send me all the process to install ?
I would be very grateful.
Best regards
Carlos

Hi Carlos,
What happens when you try to install? Are you getting an error?

Hi,
I select windows server 2012 (don't show option with 2012 foundation), but when asked to put the windows dvd, says that not found valid windows server 2012.
Thank you

Hello @camexavi,
Where are you doing this from? Are you in the Lifecycle Controller? (F11 on boot) and are you selecting the DVD as a source for Media installation? Was this the same Media that was given to you with the server?
Please, check this article and make sure you are following all previous steps: How to install the operating system on a Dell PowerEdge Server? (OS deployment) https://dell.to/3rGH1vT
As far as I remember, you don't need to select the Windows version when deploying the OS only the windows sever (if 2008, 2012 or R2). In fact, if I recall correctly you select this when you are already on Windows install process.
Let us know.
Regards.

Hello @camexavi,
Was this the same Media that was given to you with the server? Can you confirm this?
What happens if you try to install the OS directly from the DVD?
Regards.

Ah ok! Thanks for the picture. So you need to use the Systems Management Tools and Documentation DVD in order to deploy the OS.
https://dell.to/3cs81c7
"Dell Systems Management Tools and Documentation (SMTD)"
This is the all-encompassing DVD, containing SBUU, OMSA, diagnostics, etc. ... AND the contents of the "OS Install Support Pack".
"Dell Windows OS install support pack"
This is a support/driver pack to augment SBUU when installing Servers 2008 or later. It is built into SMTD, so is only necessary when used with the standalone SBUU. It is not needed for Server 2003, as SBUU contains all that is needed.
Hope this helps.
Regards.

Hello,
OMSA 8.1 is not a recommended version. Was there a reason you needed that specific version? I do have 8.5 linked below, but you had mentioned being on Server 2012 Foundations, and 9.1 appears to be the latest version we have available for that OS.
